The Fawley Hill Estate is set in the rolling hills of Fawley, Buckinghamshire and is home to the Fawley Hill Railway which is the steepest standard gauge railway track in the world. Set up by the late Sir William McAlpine the Estate houses one of the most impressive collections of railway memrobobia. Lady Judith McAlpine has kept the legacy of Sir Robert McAlpine going by keeping the collection and hiring out the railway for private events but Lady Judy is also very passionate about preserving Britain's Engineering Heritage for future generations to show them how things were back in the day and to keep machines from Traction Engines and Steam Rollers to Milltary Tanks and Historic Vehicles in working order instead of putting them in a museum where the skills to uses these types of vehicles will be lost over a few generations...
